The Role

You will be working across residential cabinet making projects in Kalgoorlie, covering kitchens, vanities, and robes from cutting out through to final installation. This is end to end cabinet making work and the expectation is that you can work independently from a plan without supervision. Ryan values people who get on with the job, work well with others in the workshop, and take pride in what they produce.
Whether you call yourself a cabinet maker, joiner, kitchen maker, or cabinet installer, the core requirement is the same: proven end to end capability and a commitment to quality workmanship on every job.

Day to day you will be across:
  • Cutting out and machining cabinet components from plans
  • Assembly of kitchen, vanity, and robe units in the workshop
  • Installation of completed cabinets on residential sites
  • Working independently from plans without supervision
  • Maintaining high quality and attention to detail on every job
  • Getting along and working well with other tradies in the workshop
What We Need
  • Proven end to end cabinet making experience across kitchens, vanities, and robes, non-negotiable
  • Ability to read and work from plans independently
  • High workmanship standards and strong attention to detail, poor workmanship is the hard disqualifier for this role
  • Good team fit and ability to work well in a workshop environment
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage your own work without supervision
  • Genuine willingness to relocate to Kalgoorlie long-term
