Lees Carpets Ltd is a Floor Covering Wholesaling company based in East Tamaki, Auckland. We are currently seeking one Site Supervisor to join our team.

As a Site Supervisor with our company, you will work a minimum of 30 hours per week and be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of flooring installation teams on construction and renovation sites.
  • Plan and schedule work to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Read and interpret plans, specifications, and project requirements to ensure work is carried out correctly.
  • Monitor the quality of flooring installation and finishing work to ensure compliance with company standards and client specifications.
  • Inspect completed work and identify any defects or issues requiring corrective action.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, equipment, and tools required for flooring projects.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and management to provide project updates and resolve site-related issues.

About you:

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the same field OR
  • NZQCF Level 4 qualification or above,No specific major is required if you have a bachelor's qualification or above.
  • Physically fit with a clear criminal record.
