We are an Auckland-based scaffolding company providing commercial, residential and industrial scaffolding solutions across the Auckland region. Due to continued growth and increasing project demand, we are seeking experienced Scaffolders to join our team.

Job Title: Scaffolder
Company: VICTORY SQUARE SCAFFOLDING RENTAL LIMITED
Hours per week: Minimum 30 hours
Employment type: Full-time, permanent
Location: Auckland
Hourly rate: $32 to $40 depending on experience

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures for commercial, residential and industrial projects
  • Installing and securing scaffolding components, guardrails, planks, safety nets and access systems
  • Loading, unloading and transporting scaffolding materials to and from worksites
  • Inspecting scaffolding structures to ensure compliance with safety requirements
  • Assisting with shrink-wrap and containment installations where required
  • Reading and following site plans, drawings and instructions
  • Working closely with site supervisors, clients and other tradespeople
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times

 

Requirements:

  • A qualification equivalent to NZQF Level 4 or above in a relevant field OR at least one year relevant work experience.
  • Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
  • Physically fit and capable of working at heights
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual and committed to high-quality workmanship
