RF Roofing Limited is specializing in high-quality roofing, fascia, gutter, and flashing systems. We are looking for Roofers to join our team.

 

Job Description:

  • Study drawings, specifications, and work sites to determine materials, tools, and installation requirements.
  • Erect and secure ladders and scaffolding for safe roof access.
  • Prepare and secure roofing surfaces by placing and fastening waterproof underlay where required.
  • Measure, cut, and install metal roofing panels to precise specifications, ensuring proper alignment.
  • Install and secure aluminium and metal flashing systems to prevent water penetration.
  • Size and cut roofing materials to fit around vents, chimneys, corners, and ridges.
  • Fix and seal edges, ridges, and exposed fasteners using appropriate sealants, caulking, or cement mortar.
  • Conduct roof inspections and troubleshoot leaks, providing effective repair solutions.
  • Use power tools, hand tools, and safety equipment effectively for installation and maintenance.
  • Follow strict site safety protocols, especially when working at heights, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to solve installation challenges efficiently.

 

Requirements:

  • At least two years’ experience in construction industry. Direct roofing experience is preferred but not compulsory as training will be provided.
  • Comfortable working at heights with proper safety equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow plans.
  • Teamwork-oriented mindset with good communication and problem-solving skills.
