We are seeking a highly capable and experienced operations manager to oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth organisational performance.

Operations Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing organisational operations, improving business processes, and ensuring efficient service delivery. This is a full-time permanent position with a minimum of 30 hours per week, with remuneration between $36–$38 per hour for the right candidate.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee overall business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service quality
  • Provide high-level operational, administrative, and strategic support to senior management
  •  Plan, develop, and manage organisational resources including staff, finances, and facilities
  •  Design, implement, and review operational policies, procedures, and internal systems
  •  Analyse operational and resource management issues and prepare reports and recommendations
  •  Support budgeting, financial planning, and reporting processes
  •  Lead, supervise, and develop administrative and operational staff
  •  Coordinate activities across departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  •  Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements
  •  Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and standards

What We’re Looking For:


     • Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Business, Management, or a related field
     • OR at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role 
     • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
     • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
     • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
     • Strong attention to detail with a focus on process improvement
     • Leadership mindset with the ability to support and guide team performance
     • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business systems
