The Opportunity

We’re looking for a commercially driven Account Manager who knows how to build relationships, identify opportunities and win work.

You’ll engage confidently with customers at all levels, develop tailored solutions, prepare proposals and tenders, and manage projects through to successful delivery.

Success in this role requires a blend of hunter mentality, strong commercial acumen, and excellent project management capability.

About You

Ideally, you’ll come from Packaging, Labels or a related Print environment and have a proven track record of:

  • Managing and growing customer accounts

  • Winning new business opportunities

  • Preparing and presenting tenders and proposals

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Building strong, long-term client relationships

  • Working effectively within a manufacturing environment

You’re polished, proactive, commercially savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where customer expectations are high.
