We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Student Recruitment Manager to lead strategic recruitment initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and drive student enrolment growth across international markets

Student Recruitment Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for directing and implementing strategic recruitment, sales, and brand development initiatives to maximise enrolments, strengthen market presence, and enhance the organisation’s reputation. This is a full-time permanent position with a minimum of 30 hours per week, with remuneration between $36–$38 per hour for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

  • Direct the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to maximise enrolments and customer engagement
  •  Set and monitor recruitment targets and performance outcomes to achieve organisational growth objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the organisation’s services to a wider international audience 
  •  Design and execute strategies to increase demand and engagement for education services
  • Strengthen brand image, reputation, and customer loyalty through targeted promotional initiatives 
  • Build and maintain the organisation’s public image and reputation across education markets and stakeholders 
  • Identify new markets, business opportunities, and growth channels for service expansion 
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to support strategic decision-making 
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve visibility and positioning in the international education sector 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Management, Education, Commerce, or a related field OR at least five years of relevant experience in student recruitment, sales, marketing, business development, education consultancy, or a related management role.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in developing recruitment, sales, or marketing strategies and achieving performance targets.
