We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Office Administrator to join our team.

Office Administrator

In the Office Administrator role, you will perform a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks in support of the organisation. This is a full-time permanent position with a minimum of 35 hours per week, with remuneration between $25–$35 per hour for the right candidate.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide administrative support to consultants and clients, including document preparation and handling enquiries
  • Maintain accurate student and client records and manage databases
  • Assist with reporting and compliance requirements
  • Support academic and operational staff with documentation and communication tasks
  • Coordinate office administration activities and daily workflow
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients, staff, and management

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • NZQA Level 2 or 3 qualification OR at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
