About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Residential Property Manager to take ownership of a well-managed residential portfolio. Success at Point Property is all about their people, the team is the reason their clients stay happy and their investments thrive. We're after someone who's not only an expert in property management but also a true team player, someone who enjoys collaboration, camaraderie, and celebrating shared success.
 
The portfolio is currently 105 properties and is expected to grow to 130 by Christmas. Base salary is $75,000 + commission with increases available as the portfolio grows.  An increase in the base may be available for the right person (may include an increase in the portfolio)
 
What You'll Bring
  • At least 3 years' experience in residential property management (NZ or Australia)
  • Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and a commitment to legislative compliance
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
  • A passion for delivering outstanding service and results
  • A current NZ driver's licence
You'll also have administrative support to help manage your workload efficiently, so you can focus on what you do best.
