Responsibilities and duties of Enginnering Process Worker include:
- Operation and upkeep of metal engineering equipment;
- Monitoring and fine-tuning of production processes;
- Execution of routine product quality control checks;
- Loading and unloading of metal materials into machinery;
- Assisting in the assembly of metal components;
- Sorting and inventory storage of finished products;
- Safe operation of power hammers, presses, and other cutting/shaping tools;
- Welding and soldering components using electrical spot and butt welding machinery;
- Compliance with workplace safety procedures and regulatory protocols;
- Assisting with machinery troubleshooting and technical repairs;
- Material handling and secure transportation of industrial equipment;
- Assisting with the execution of production schedules;
- Performing minor machinery and equipment repairs;
- Maintenance and cleaning of work areas and equipment;
- Training and onboarding of new personnel as needed;
- Strict compliance with all health and safety directions as required;
- Accurate completion of daily timesheets;
- Safe operation of fork hoists in accordance with safety guidelines;
- Assisting with the loading of containers or flat racks for export orders;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as required;
- Loading, unloading, and securing of verhicles and containers as requires;
Engineering Process Worker Skills:
- Sufficient Knowledge/skill in products and services to carry out above duties. Formal qualification, proven work reference and other evidence will be considered for preliminary assessment;
- Good command of English to carry out above duties;
