We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales and marketing initiatives, drive business growth, and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the organisation's sales and marketing activities. Your duties will include:
 Formulating and implementing sales, marketing, advertising, and public relations strategies in consultation with senior management.
 Developing and executing business growth initiatives, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
 Identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to support organisational growth.
 Organising and controlling sales activities, including establishing sales territories, customer service standards, and product/service offerings.
 Directing merchandising and distribution strategies by coordinating the activities of sales representatives, referral partners, agents, and distributors.
 Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective business development strategies.
 Managing sales methods and commercial arrangements, including pricing strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
 Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, business partners, and key stakeholders.
 Preparing sales forecasts, performance reports, and recommendations for business improvement.

 Ensuring sales and marketing activities align with the organisation's strategic objectives and compliance requirements.

Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
 Must hold minimum Level 7 qualification OR three years of relevant work experience
 Strong strategic planning and commercial acumen.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
 Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies.
 Strong analytical, organisational, and leadership capabilities.
 Experience within financial services, insurance, mortgage, or advisory sectors will be highly regarded.
