The Role

As our Marketing and Digital Automation Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our marketing strategy, with a laser focus on maximizing engagement, conversions, and revenue. This hybrid role seamlessly blends hands-on marketing execution with high-level digital automation oversight. You will ensure our campaigns are delivered consistently and effectively across email, CRM systems, and various digital channels.

Driven by sales and marketing outcomes, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering high-quality campaigns. You will champion continuous improvement, utilizing data, advanced AI tools, and consumer insights to refine our messaging and elevate our performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns in total alignment with the Impact Outdoors business strategy.

  • Content & AI Integration: Create, edit, and refine marketing content using original writing, existing materials, and advanced AI development tools (including Claude, Gemini, and advanced prompt engineering).

  • Digital Advertising & SEO: Manage and optimize Google and Meta Ads, and drive organic growth through strategic SEO initiatives.

  • Automation & CRM: Build, implement, and monitor complex automation workflows. Manage CRM systems to seamlessly support marketing initiatives and customer journeys.

  • AI Chatbots: Develop, integrate, and maintain AI Chatbots to improve customer engagement and streamline communication funnels.

  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and fiercely protect our brand voice across all communications, website content, funnel pages, and frequent email campaigns.

  • Quality Assurance & Analytics: Conduct rigorous QA checks on all campaigns, automations, and launches. Monitor engagement metrics and provide actionable, data-backed insights for system and messaging improvements.

What You Must Bring (Technical Requirements)

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the following areas:

  • CRM Platforms (architecture, management, and optimization)

  • Digital Marketing Automation & Campaigns

  • SEO Strategies and implementation

  • Google Ads & Meta Ads (campaign creation, scaling, and analytics)

  • AI Chatbot development and deployment

  • AI Development Tools (specifically utilizing Large Language Models like Claude and Gemini, including high-level prompt engineering)

What We Offer

  • A permanent, full-time position offering stability with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week (up to 40 hours maximum).

  • A highly competitive hourly rate of $38.00 to $40.00, depending on your experience.
