About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our digital operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital systems, improving operational efficiency, implementing technology solutions, and ensuring the smooth delivery of digital services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital operational strategies to support business objectives.

  • Manage and monitor digital platforms, systems, and processes.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives and technology projects.

  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver digital solutions.

  • Monitor system performance and resolve operational issues.

  • Prepare reports and provide recommendations to senior management.

  • Manage budgets and resources related to digital operations.

  • Train and support staff in the effective use of digital tools and systems.

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant qualification or Relevant Experience 

  • Strong understanding of digital systems, business processes, and operational management.

  • Experience managing projects and implementing technology solutions.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
