We’re looking for an IT Administrator to help ensure health technology systems run reliably, securely, and seamlessly, supporting the people who rely on them every day.

About the Role: Reporting to senior digital leadership, you’ll play a key hands-on role in maintaining a modern, secure, and highly available digital environment.

You’ll work across Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, endpoint devices, and service support, helping maintain a resilient and secure health IT ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities: No two days are the same, but your work will include:
  • Maintaining and supporting Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune and more)
  • Providing day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting, resolving issues, and improving user experience
  • Managing users, access, and devices to ensure secure and appropriate system access
  • Monitoring system performance and responding to security alerts to protect sensitive health data
  • Supporting cybersecurity practices including MFA, patching, and endpoint protection
  • Ensuring systems meet health sector compliance and data protection standards
  • Supporting cloud services, backups, and infrastructure to maintain system availability
  • Working closely with healthcare providers to support clinical systems and IT environments
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of digital tools and workflows across the health ecosystem
About You: You’re someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting others, and making systems work better, especially in environments where reliability and security are critical.

You’ll bring:
  • At least 3+ years’ experience in IT administration or systems support in a similar health systems environment 
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and device/endpoint management
  • A solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals (e.g., MFA, patching, access control)
  • Proven troubleshooting skills with a calm, practical approach
  • The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
