This is a fantastic opportunity for a carpenter who values precision, efficiency, and consistent workflow—without the uncertainties of traditional site work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Construct and assemble modular building components (walls, floors, roofs)
  • Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications accurately.
  • Install framing, cladding, linings, and finishes.
  • Ensure builds meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with production and design teams, maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience as a carpenter (modular, prefab, or commercial preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
  • Close attention to detail and quality workmanship, reliable, punctual, and a team player.
  • Relevant trade qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Full driver’s licence (advantageous)
