Rightmove Recruitment is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Christchurch Central. We have experienced huge growth over the past 2 years and are looking to add another superstar Consultant to our team.
We’re a friendly tight knit team who offers a collaborative and fun work environment. We have a great team of candidates and supply companies nationwide with skilled reliable employees.

What we are looking for
What you’ll be doing
Business Development:
Securing new business opportunities and expanding your client base through proactive outreach and networking.
Client Management:
Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, understanding their recruitment needs, and delivering tailored staffing solutions.
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilising a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting, to source and engage candidates.
End-to-End Recruitment:
Managing the full recruitment process, from job description creation and candidate sourcing to interviewing, drug testing and onboarding.

What we are looking for
- Minimum 12 months previous experience in recruitment or a sales-driven role, is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates quickly.
- A highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient individual.
- A passion for working with people and finding the right fit for both candidates and clients.
- Willing to go the extra mile – Recruitment is not a typical 9-5 job! You will need to be dedicated and willing to go above and beyond for both clients and candidates.
- You will need to have an outgoing personality and love people interaction.
- Adept at organization and compliance.
- A flexible and adaptable solution-focused mindset
- A passion for cultivating meaningful relationships with candidates and clients.
- Alignment with our values and a seamless fit into our vibrant culture.
- A valid driver's licence.
- Accountability, a can-do attitude and a proactive approach.
- A passion for people and great customer service.
- Agency recruitment experience would be an advantage.
