The Top Energy Group operates throughout the Far North delivering geothermal electricity generation and electricity network operations. About the role
Provide technical support through the ICS helpdesk and help maintain the company's mobility and communications systems. In this role, you'll support secure, reliable day-to-day operations, carry out routine maintenance, and contribute to the ongoing performance of our communications infrastructure.
This role is based in Kerikeri and will report to the IT Manager.
About you
You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification and bring at least three years' experience administering and maintaining communications infrastructure. You will also have experience installing and maintaining computer systems, along with a full, clean driver licence.
Key areas of focus
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the ICS helpdesk
- Provide administration, maintenance, staff training, and user support for tablets, smartphones, and mobile phones
- Install, administer, and maintain the Group's computer network patching
- Maintain and manage all ICS fixed assets
- Administer all ICS software licensing
- Monitor and audit internet and email usage
- Maintain and document ICS procedures, including creating as-built drawings where required
- Support the training and development of staff
