HVAC / Electrical Supervisor - Palmerston North / Napier

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead a team of five skilled technicians servicing commercial and industrial clients across Hawke's Bay and Manawatu.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys balancing technical expertise, team leadership, customer relationships, and operational performance.

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of HVAC and/or Electrical Technicians

• Coordinating day-to-day service, maintenance and project activities

• Ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard

• Managing customer relationships and responding to client requirements

• Scheduling resources and overseeing workflow across the region

• Supporting business growth through exceptional service delivery

• Driving a positive team culture focused on safety, quality and customer satisfaction

About You

• Proven experience in a HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical or Building Services environment

• Previous experience leading teams, supervising staff or coordinating field service operations

• Strong communication and customer relationship skills

• Sound understanding of health and safety requirements

• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results

• Relevant trade qualification and current NZ practising licence (where applicable)
