As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential rental properties while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conducting routine inspections and preparing condition reports
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors
- Managing tenancy matters and ensuring legislative compliance
- Delivering proactive communication and outstanding customer service
- Previous property management experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent time management and organisational ability
- A fast-paced individual who can combine speed with accuracy
- High attention to detail
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team
- Current driver's licence
- Experience with property management software is advantageous
