Glen Eden Fresh Limited is a well-established shop selling fresh produces and groceries in Auckland. Due to our business expansion, we are looking for a Retail Manager to join our friendly team in Auckland.

 

What you will do but not limited to the following:

 

  • Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards;
  • Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices;
  • Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods;
  • Selling goods to customers;
  • Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions;
  • Undertaking budgeting for the establishment;
  • Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff;
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

 

Suitable candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

 

  • Either have at least two years of relevant experience or NZQF Diploma
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with staff and customers
  • Punctual, honest, reliable and hardworking
  • Strong team leadership and motivational skills

 

What we can offer:

 

  • Full time employment: in Auckland
  • Hourly rate: $35/hour gross - $40/hour gross
  • Hours of week per week: a minimum of 35 hours, no more than 45 hours per week, from Sunday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, roster with two days off every week. Over time maybe expected
