The opportunity
You’ll take full responsibility for the print floor and production flow across a busy promotional print operation.
This is a lead-from-the-floor role. You will remain actively involved in production while guiding a small team to deliver accurate, high-quality, on-time work every day.

What you’ll be doing

Run daily production across promotional print processes

Lead, support, and coordinate a small team of printers and finishers

Manage workflow, job prioritisation, and production scheduling

Ensure consistent, high-quality output across all jobs

Troubleshoot production and print issues to minimise downtime

Coordinate machine maintenance and servicing schedules

Manage substrates, inks, and consumables to ensure smooth production flow

Work closely with internal teams to meet customer deadlines and support sales outcomes

Maintain accuracy, consistency, and production standards across all work

Drive accountability, structure, and continuous improvement across the production floor
About you
You are likely already working as a Print Supervisor / Print Lead / Printer, or are a highly experienced operator ready to step into leadership.
You will bring:

Strong hands-on experience in print production

Confidence leading a team in a fast-paced environment

Practical knowledge of screen, rotary, flatbed or similar print processes

Strong troubleshooting ability on machinery and production issues

Positive, can-do attitude with a genuine sense of ownership

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and take a team on a journey

Organised, calm, and solution-focused approach under pressure

Natural ability to lead from the floor and set standards
