Experienced loader operator, factory work, Penrose location, 6am - 2.30
Looking for a stable, full-time role with great hours and long-term potential?
We're seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join a busy recycling facility in Penrose. This is a hands-on role where you'll play an important part in keeping operations running smoothly while working mostly indoors, away from the weather.

What’s on offer:
• Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
• Occasional Saturday work available
• $26.00 per hour + holiday pay
• Full-time position with potential for long-term employment
• Paid trial period to ensure the role is the right fit for both you and the team

Your duties will include:
• Operating a loader to move and load recyclable materials
• Assisting with general yard and plant operations
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

What we're looking for:
• Current Loader Licence
• Proven loader operating experience (recycling or industrial experience preferred)
• Forklift licence and experience highly desirable
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
