The Roles
We are seeking construction professionals who can contribute to the successful delivery of projects from planning and procurement through to construction, completion, and handover.
Depending on your experience and discipline, responsibilities may include:
- Managing project delivery, programmes, budgets, and stakeholder relationships
- Leading site teams and subcontractors to achieve project milestones
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification
- Procurement, contract administration, and cost control
- Preparing, measuring, pricing, and administering variations
- Identifying and tracking variations arising from design changes, site instructions, and client requests
- Maintaining variation registers and monitoring approval status
- Monitoring project financial performance and reporting
- Supporting client relationships and contributing to successful project outcomes
What We're Looking For

- Commercial or industrial construction
- Site management and supervision
- Project management and project delivery
- Quantity surveying, cost management, and contract administration
