This role is for a customer service management role of a vehicle dealership. 

The role is responsible for developing, reviewing, and implementing policies, programs, and procedures relating to customer service, customer relationships, and the delivery of goods and services. It ensures the efficient operation of customer service functions, including call centre activities where applicable. The position provides leadership, guidance, and constructive feedback to team members, while also supporting recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.

The role involves managing, motivating, and developing customer service staff to maintain high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction. It is responsible for planning and implementing after-sales service strategies, including monitoring customer satisfaction, ensuring the performance and quality of purchased goods and services, and identifying opportunities to improve service offerings.

In addition, the position works closely with other business units, service providers, and customers to identify customer needs and expectations, respond effectively to feedback, and continuously enhance the overall customer experience.

This role is for a customer service management role of a vehicle dealership. The position is in Penrose, Auckland. The position offers a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours a week.

Pay is between $35-$55 an hour, depending on candidate. A minimum of 3 years work experience or a relevant Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
