We are looking for a qualified and experienced Financial Administrater to join our team in Auckland

Your day-to-day tasks include but not limited to:

  • Maintain business financial records
  • Monitor cash flow and lines of credit, follow up outstanding payments if required
  • Maintain and balance accounts using Exonet
  • Draft financial statements, budget and expenditure reports
  • Assist with completing the analyses using Exonet
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders and bank deposits
  • Accounts reconciliation on a monthly basis
  • Verify recorded transactions and report any activities that may need management’s attention.
  • Prepare reports for business tax entitlements and obligations in related to all ongoing or prospective roofing and cladding projects.
  • Support the wider accounting and office administration team in day-to-day work

To qualify for this role, you need to demonstrate:

  • 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role, and if in the education industry, it is a bonus
  • Relevant tertiary qualification preferred and 
  • Team player and work under pressure
  • Organised with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and written English
