We are looking for a qualified and experienced Financial Administrater to join our team in Auckland
Your day-to-day tasks include but not limited to:
- Maintain business financial records
- Monitor cash flow and lines of credit, follow up outstanding payments if required
- Maintain and balance accounts using Exonet
- Draft financial statements, budget and expenditure reports
- Assist with completing the analyses using Exonet
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders and bank deposits
- Accounts reconciliation on a monthly basis
- Verify recorded transactions and report any activities that may need management’s attention.
- Prepare reports for business tax entitlements and obligations in related to all ongoing or prospective roofing and cladding projects.
- Support the wider accounting and office administration team in day-to-day work
To qualify for this role, you need to demonstrate:
- 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role, and if in the education industry, it is a bonus
- Relevant tertiary qualification preferred and
- Team player and work under pressure
- Organised with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills and written English
