We are currently looking for Landscaper / Gardener to meet the daily targets of the business in Auckland. You will be working from Monday to Sunday as per the roster between minimum 30 hours and maximum 45 hours per week. We are friendly team of dedicated people to provide outstanding customer services to society. Successful applicant will be energetic and passionate individual who can be a part of our growing team.

Job Duties

 

·       Water lawns, trees and plants using portable sprinkler systems, hoses or watering cans.

·       Follow planned landscaping designs to determine where to lay sod, sow grass.

·       Reducing and shaping all hedges, trimming and cutting bushes

·       Provide care of established lawns by weeding, removing thatch etc.

·       Removal of all leaves and debris from gardens and hard surfaces

·       Fertilising all plants and the lawn when required

·       Treating plants for pests and diseases

·       Plant seeds, bulbs, foliage, flowering plants, grass, ground covers, trees, shrubs, and apply mulch for protection, using gardening tools.

·       Assist management with seed/plant selection as per the environmental conditions.

·       Mowing lawns and lawns edging when required

·       Preparing lawn areas by spreading topsoil and planting grass, and by lying artificial turf.

·       Maintaining planted and grassed areas by wedding

 

     Job requirements:

Should have a minimum 2 years of Work Experience in relevant role or Level 5 or higher Diploma or higher qualification (Subject Area Flexible)

 Good Communication skills/time management skills

You must be reliable and physically fit.

Work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

Zero tolerance of drugs at workplace.
