We are seeking Team Leaders for our busy horticulture company. This is a full‑time, permanent role that involves supervising a team of 4 to 8 staff working across our contracted orchards.

To be eligible for this position, you must have at least two years of relevant work experience or a Level 4 (or higher) qualification. You should be confident working independently to achieve targets, able to manage multiple tasks at once, and capable of completing work within set deadlines.

You will also be responsible for a range of management duties, including preparing staff time and wage records, producing work reports, communicating with growers and farmers, assisting with financial processes, and working alongside supervisors and senior managers to ensure orchard operations run efficiently. You will oversee staff performance, training, and day‑to‑day management, and will be fully accountable for ensuring your team consistently delivers high‑quality work.

The minimum number of hours for this role is 30 hours per week, and the pay rate is $28.00 to 30.00 per hour (minimum and maximum).
