The Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities for Dahua Supermarket’s retail and wholesale operations. The role focuses on enhancing brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, identifying market opportunities, and supporting business growth through effective marketing campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, market research, and strategic promotional activities.
Duties:

Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to support business growth and strategic decision-making.

Research and evaluate customer demand, product performance, and market conditions, and provide recommendations regarding product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives.

Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyse campaign performance data, and provide regular reports and recommendations to management.

Prepare and manage marketing budgets, negotiate advertising arrangements, and coordinate with external suppliers, media partners, and promotional agencies.

Develop and maintain the company's brand identity and ensure consistency of marketing messages and promotional materials across all marketing channels.

Create, schedule, and publish marketing content across digital platforms, including social media, websites, email marketing campaigns, and online advertising channels.

Build and maintain relationships with influencers, community groups, suppliers, and business partners to support marketing initiatives and customer engagement.

Analyse sales data, customer feedback, and marketing performance metrics to identify opportunities for business improvement, increased market share, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Conduct competitor analysis and provide strategic recommendations regarding product offerings, pricing, promotional activities, and market positioning.

Coordinate in-store promotional campaigns, community engagement activities, seasonal marketing initiatives, and product launch promotions to support business objectives.

Prepare marketing reports, presentations, forecasts, and recommendations for the General Manager.

Monitor emerging market trends, consumer behaviour, and industry developments to support the planning and implementation of future marketing initiatives and business opportunities.

Provide advice and recommendations to management on marketing strategies, customer acquisition initiatives, promotional activities, and business development opportunities based on market research and performance analysis.
