Tenet LimitedĀ  supply holiday home accommodation in Lake Tekapo. They have 5 holiday homes in their portfolio and accommodation nights have increased dramatically year on year since the business started. It is extremely busy as Lake Tekapo is very much on the radar of the burgeoning global tourist market.

Due to business need, they are looking for 1 Customer Service Manager to join thier team.

This is a full time permanent position with guaranteed 30 working hours per week

The main job responsibilties include but not limit to:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, contractors and internal teams
  • Coordinate contractor works, inductions and compliance (including H&S requirements)
  • Engaging and training staff, as well as maintaining standards of staff performance and guest services.
  • Support holiday homes operations including security access, keys and facility maintenance.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, including service updates and operational notices.
  • Provide overflow reception support and assist with general office coordination.
  • Liaising with other parties and service agents to identify and respond to customer expectations and queries.
  • Working closely with staff to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client outcomes.
  • Addressing guest complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.

To be successfull, you will need to:

  • NZQA Diploma or above qualification ORĀ At least 2 years of work experience
  • Strong management skill and team working
  • Has a positive and wiling attitude to learn
