Parkside 2015 Limited operates a retail dairy business and requires a Store Manager to manage full store operations as the Directors are Not involved in day‑to‑day business activities. The Store Manager will take responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the business including staff management, stock control, sales, and compliance to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

Pay Rate: $32 – $37 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience OR Level 4 or higher qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine product range, stock levels, and service standards.
  • Implement purchasing policies and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Promote and advertise store products and services.
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide customer service.
  • Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions.
  • Monitor store sales and assist in budgeting and cost control.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the store independently.
  • Maintain store presentation and operational standards.
