Technical Sales Representative – Lift Solutions

Location: Auckland, New Zealand

Hours: at least 30 hours per week

Hourly rate: $35 - $45 based on experience

We,Trans Elevator Solution Limited, are a growing lift solutions company providing lift supply, installation, modernisation and maintenance services to residential and commercial customers across New Zealand. As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a Technical Sales Representative to support our growth and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, commercial, and residential sectors.
  • Promote and sell lift and elevator products and services to prospective clients.
  • Meet with architects, engineers, developers, project managers, and building owners to understand project requirements.
  • Provide technical advice and recommend suitable lift solutions based on customer needs.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide ongoing support throughout project delivery.
  • Coordinate with engineering, installation, and service teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Skills and Experience

  • At least three-year direct relevant industry experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications, construction drawings, and project documentation.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
