Store Supervisor

PUNJAB 2014 LIMITED is looking for a Store Supervisor and a Store Assistant for a busy Petrol Station based in New Brighton, Christchurch.

Some of the daily tasks would be:

• Supervise the staff
• Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages
• Ensure stock rotation and handling of food items
• Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
• Maintain product and service quality as per the set standards
• Coordinating the effective, professional day-to-day running of the services
• Consistently looking at ways to improve the quality of our service
• Take feedback from the customers
• Respond to customer's inquiries and complaints
• Ensure customer service standards are met
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the store in the allocated shift
• Maintain and comply with the company's policies and procedure

Working on weekends and being available on calls are required for this position.

Offered Wage: $25 - $30 per hour (based upon skills and experience)
Employment is full-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

You should have at least 1 year of relevant work experience.

All suitable candidates should be able to pass a drug test and a Ministry of Justice check when required.
