We specialise in international education consulting, study abroad services, educational tours, cultural exchange programmes, and international education partnerships. We are committed to providing professional education consulting and support services to international students and their families.
As our international education business continues to grow, we are expanding our presence in the Asian market and developing new international education partnerships. We are now seeking a motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team to support international market development, partnership building, and business expansion.
Key Requirements
The successful applicant will have:
- A Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, International Business, Marketing, Business Management or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in international trade, market development, business development or a related field.
- Strong business communication, negotiation and partnership development skills.
- The ability to conduct market research, analyse market trends and independently develop new business opportunities.
- Experience in international cooperation, international trade, education services or related industries will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to Asian countries as required for business visits, market development and partnership building.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Strong organisational, coordination and interpersonal skills with a proactive and responsible attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to analyse market demand, industry trends and potential partnership opportunities across Asian markets, and provide recommendations to support the company's business growth.
- Develop and implement market development strategies to expand the company's international education business and partnership network.
- Identify and establish partnerships with schools, educational institutions, student recruitment agencies and other strategic partners throughout Asia.
- Develop new business opportunities through business visits, commercial negotiations and partnership discussions, and build long-term cooperative relationships.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between the company and its business partners to facilitate successful education cooperation projects.
- Collect and analyse market intelligence and customer needs, and provide regular market reports and strategic recommendations to management.
- Plan, organise and participate in education exhibitions, business networking events and promotional activities to strengthen the company's market presence and develop new partnership opportunities.
- Work closely with the management team to support market expansion initiatives and achieve business development and student recruitment objectives.
- Perform other market development and business development duties as assigned.
Working Hours & Remuneration
- Work Location: Gulf Harbour, Auckland
- Working Hours: 30–40 hours per week
- Hourly Rate: NZD $32–35 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience and capability.
- Annual leave, sick leave and all other statutory entitlements will be provided in accordance with New Zealand employment legislation.
