What You’ll Be Doing:
• Residential & commercial maintenance plumbing + drainage
• Managing jobs, clients, and your workflow
• Supporting and leading the team as you grow into leadership
• Delivering quality work and great customer service
What You’ll Get:
• $42–$50 p/h (based on experience)
• Company vehicle, phone, tablet + full kit
• Overtime rates + steady hours
• Paid birthday off
• Tool allowance + licence renewal support
• Relocation support for the right person
• Long-term career pathway into management
What We’re Looking For:
• NZ Registered Plumber (PGDB licence essential)
• Strong maintenance and drainage experience
• Good communicator with clients and team
• Organised and confident with basic tech
• Takes pride in their work and leads by example
• Keen to grow into a leadership role
