You will be working as a Tradesman Maintenance Plumber across strata, real estate, and residential properties throughout the Sydney metro area. - Carrying out tap and toilet repairs and installations across residential and strata properties
- Identifying and repairing water and gas leaks across a range of property types
- Installing and repairing hot water systems across the portfolio
- Clearing blocked sewers and carrying out drainage repairs and installations
- Responding to after-hours callouts as part of the on-call roster when required
- Maintaining quality workmanship and leaving every job clean and complete
What We Need
- NZ Plumbing Trade Certificate or equivalent, non-negotiable
- White Card, to be obtained upon arrival
- Working at Heights certification
- Driver's Licence Class 4 preferred but not essential, worth noting if you hold one
- Broad maintenance plumbing experience across taps, toilets, hot water, drainage, gas, and blocked sewers
- Genuine comfort with an on-call roster, candidates who are not prepared for after-hours callouts should not apply
- Strong work ethic and a track record of showing up and delivering, this is the number one requirement
- Genuinely committed to relocating to Sydney, not just open to it
