The Role

You will be working as a Tradesman Maintenance Plumber across strata, real estate, and residential properties throughout the Sydney metro area. The work is varied and day-to-day, which means no two jobs are exactly the same. You need to be comfortable working independently, managing your own schedule, and being on call when the roster requires it.

Day to day you will be:
  • Carrying out tap and toilet repairs and installations across residential and strata properties
  • Identifying and repairing water and gas leaks across a range of property types
  • Installing and repairing hot water systems across the portfolio
  • Clearing blocked sewers and carrying out drainage repairs and installations
  • Responding to after-hours callouts as part of the on-call roster when required
  • Maintaining quality workmanship and leaving every job clean and complete
If you are an experienced registered plumber, licensed plumber, or qualified plumbing tradesperson with a maintenance, strata, or residential service background, this is the role to apply for.

What We Need
  • NZ Plumbing Trade Certificate or equivalent, non-negotiable
  • White Card, to be obtained upon arrival
  • Working at Heights certification
  • Driver's Licence Class 4 preferred but not essential, worth noting if you hold one
  • Broad maintenance plumbing experience across taps, toilets, hot water, drainage, gas, and blocked sewers
  • Genuine comfort with an on-call roster, candidates who are not prepared for after-hours callouts should not apply
  • Strong work ethic and a track record of showing up and delivering, this is the number one requirement
  • Genuinely committed to relocating to Sydney, not just open to it
