We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Motel Manager to join our team.

  • Pay: $28 per hour, or more depending on experience

  • Position: Full-time, minimum of 30 hours per week

Duties include:

  • Assess daily operational needs and allocate tasks to housekeeping staff to ensure efficient service delivery

  • Coordinate with owner to align housekeeping activities with other departments across the motel

  • Maintain accurate housekeeping staff attendance records and prepare duty rosters

  • Communicate, implement, and uphold workplace health and safety standards

  • Supervise house keeping team performance, monitor work quality, and recommend improvements to procedures and service standards

  • Address staff concerns and resolve workplace issues in a fair and timely manner

  • Support front office operations when required, including assisting with reception and guest services

Minimum Requirements:

A tertiary qualification (Diploma or higher) in Hospitality or Management or other related area OR  at least 2 years of relevant work experience in the same industry

Other requirement: 

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred

  • Attention to detail and good work ethic

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Able to work independently
