They are seeking to hire a Trainee Service Technician, who is looking for a ‘foot in the door’ opportunity to learn on the job and get a qualification under their belt.
The Role:

Receive comprehensive on-the-job training from experienced Engineers.
-
Assist with the installation, servicing and repair of dental and medical equipment.
-
Carry out repair work both onsite at customer premises and within the workshop.
-
Perform diagnostic and fault-finding activities, both over the phone and on-site.
-
Configure, maintain and troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment and associated systems.
-
Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships.
-
Continually develop your technical knowledge across the company's product range.
The successful candidate will:
-
Ideally has a couple of years’ work experience or have completed tertiary studies in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Be keen to develop their career as a skilled tradesperson performing electro-mechanical work.
-
Possibly have around a year of experience as a technician and be looking to change industries and further develop skills.
-
Has a positive, can-do attitude and be willing to get stuck into a variety of tasks.
-
Holds a clean, full driver’s license (or be able to obtain their full license within the next few months).

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
-
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
-
Keen on working towards an EST qualifications.
