You will be working on community infrastructure and commercial landscape construction projects across Queensland alongside Tier 1 builders and council clients. - Paving, concreting, and retaining wall construction on community and commercial projects
- Turf, planting, and softscape installation across parks and sporting fields
- Irrigation and drainage installation and civil earthworks
- Timber structure construction and bespoke landscape features
- Operating plant and machinery as required on active construction sites
- Mentoring junior staff and contributing to a productive, well-run site
What We Need
- Proven hands-on landscape construction experience across hardscape and softscape disciplines, this is not parks maintenance
- Broad capability across paving, concreting, retaining walls, turf, irrigation, drainage, and civil works
- Current White Card and valid driver's licence, both required
- Plant and machinery operation experience is a strong bonus
- Strong work ethic, ability to mentor junior staff, and a team-first attitude
- Genuine willingness to relocate to Queensland long-term
