As our student community continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence, support student recruitment initiatives, and develop marketing strategies that effectively communicate our educational services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote TopEdu's educational services across online and offline channels.
- Plan, create and manage digital marketing content for social media platforms, websites and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitor activities and emerging trends within the New Zealand education sector.
- Analyse marketing campaign performance using engagement and data analytics, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate the design and production of promotional materials, including brochures, digital advertisements and marketing presentations.
- Assist in organising education events, workshops and student engagement activities to increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with academic consultants and management to ensure marketing messages accurately reflect TopEdu's services and educational values.
- Prepare marketing reports, maintain marketing databases and support ongoing business development initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Level 7) or above in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, market research or marketing campaign coordination is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce engaging marketing content.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and digital design or content creation tools (such as Canva or similar platforms).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organisational and project coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Previous experience within the education or service industry would be advantageous.
