Aroma Construction Limited operates construction projects in the Waikato region and requires a Project Coordinator to support project delivery and coordinate day‑to‑day project activities. The role is essential to assist with project planning, documentation, communication, and resource coordination to ensure construction projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Location: Waikato, New Zealand
Pay Rate: $32 – $38 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week
Key Requirements
- At least 2 Year's of Experience OR Level 4 Qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating construction project activities.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, records, and documentation.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and site teams regarding project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to management.
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials and resources.
- Maintain records of project costs, variations, and operational activities.
- Support project managers in ensuring project milestones are achieved.
- Assist with organising meetings and maintaining project correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and company policies.
- Help identify and resolve project issues to support smooth project delivery.
