Description
Jian Cheng International Co Ltd is looking for passionate store manager to drive our
success to the next level for our store at Three Kings.
Job Summary: Organising and controlling the operations of a retail trading company,


main tasks include;
 Overall responsibility for the day to day running of the retail store
 Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
 Understand their local competitors and drive sales strategies to gain market
share and increase sales
 Promoting and advertising the company’s goods and services, and selling
goods and services to customers
 Setting and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
 Selecting, training and supervision of staff
 Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
To be successful in joining us, you should have
 At least 2 year relevant working experience in retailing and/or a diploma or upward relevant qualification
 Outstanding presentation & communication skills
 Strong work ethic and teamwork skills
 A positive work attitude and be willing and able to work diligently and independently
 Reliable transport to and from work
 Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
