lead the planning and delivery of ICT projects while ensuring successful outcomes for our
clients.
Job Summary
The ICT Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination and successful delivery of ICT projects across the organisation. This role works closely with clients, technical teams and external vendors to analyse business requirements, develop technology solutions, oversee project implementation, and ensure ICT systems operate
securely and efficiently. The successful candidate will manage project schedules, resources and risks while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with organisational objectives and
industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
· Analyse client business requirements and identify suitable ICT solutions to meet operational and strategic needs.
· Develop project scope, implementation plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocation for ICT projects.
· Formulate and implement ICT project strategies, policies and project governance to ensure successful delivery.
· Coordinate internal technical teams, vendors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
· Manage the selection, deployment and integration of ICT infrastructure, software applications and cloud solutions.
· Oversee system implementation, testing, user acceptance and post-deployment support.
· Direct ICT operational activities and establish priorities between new system implementation, maintenance and ongoing support.
· Monitor project progress, manage project risks, resolve issues and ensure delivery within agreed timeframes and budgets.
· Ensure ICT systems comply with organisational security policies, cybersecurity standards and industry best practices.
· Coordinate user training, documentation and knowledge transfer to support successful system adoption.
· Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management and clients.
Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job
The successful applicant will have:
· A relevant bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline; or equivalent industry experience. OR
· At least five years' relevant experience in ICT project management, ICT consulting or systems implementation.
· Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure, enterprise software, cloud technologies and
networking environments.
· Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional technical teams.
