About the role
As a Commercial Cleaner, you'll be responsible for ensuring our offices, shared facilities, show homes, and other company spaces are consistently clean, tidy, and presented to a high standard. You'll work independently across multiple sites, helping create a safe, hygienic, and professional environment for our team, clients, and visitors.
No two days are exactly the same, and you'll play an important role in keeping our workplaces running smoothly.
Tasks and duties include but not limited to:
- · Site setup including placing hazard board, cones and others as required on the work site to comply with health and safety standards
- · Complete the job documentation as per company policy
- · Carry out the jobs as per industry specifications and standards
- · vacuuming, Clean or remove curtains, carpets and upholstered furniture
- · sweeping, mopping, waxing and polishing tiled, vinyl, timber and concrete floors
- · removing waste and placing in waste bins.
- · Cleaning or removing interior, exterior lining using cleaning product including fixtures and other contents
- · Dusting, cleaning and polishing furniture and other homewares
- · Cleaning windows and other glass surfaces
- · Maintain quality control standards at the job.
- Requirements
- - No experience or qualification is required. On-job training will be provided.
- · Flexible working including work on weekends, late nights and early morning
- · NZ class 1 or equivalent overseas Driving license to drive company vehicle
- · Pre-employment drug test and Criminal check
