About the Role:
You’ll be involved in a range of hook truck and transport duties including:
- Operating Class 5 hook truck safely and efficiently
- Loading, transporting, and relocating materials as required
- Supporting site operations with material movement and delivery
- Completing daily vehicle checks and following all health & safety procedures
- Working across regional sites in the wider Waikato area
- Communicating with site teams and following scheduled runs
This is a hands-on transport role offering consistent work and the opportunity to be part of ongoing regional operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Full Class 5 Driver Licence
- Proven experience operating hook trucks (essential)
- Previous experience in transport, civil, demolition, or similar heavy vehicle environments
- Strong understanding of heavy vehicle safety and road compliance
- Confident operating independently and managing daily runs
- Reliable, safety-focused, and physically capable
Requirements:
- Willing to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test
- Legal right to work in New Zealand
- Good level of fitness for outdoor and site-based work
