We are looking for 7 Store Managers to join our team. The position is full-time and can start
straight away. The Store Manager is in charge of the day to day running of the Tank Juice
store. The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring the store runs efficiently through
exceptional staff supervision, financial reporting, product maintenance and Health and
Safety management.

Supervision

  • Ensuring the store is open on time, all preparation has been completed, all necessary cleaning done so that the outlet is ready to commence trading each day at the alloted opening time.
  • Supervision of team members including their demeanour, bearing and dress including, where necessary, requiring assistants to leave the workplace to remedy any breach in Tank's dress requirements.
  • Quality control.
  • Implementation of systems procedures and changes as required by Regional Manager.
  • Staff recruitment and training including advertising, vetting applications and recommending candidates for interview and running skill assessments, monitoring and reporting on probationary or trial employees.
  • Initiating disciplinary action issues by raising with owner
  • Rostering
  • Monitoring staff use of Tank telephone and internet, etc.

Financial

  • Completing Daily & Weekly & Monthly reporting functions as per the systems provided.
  • Ensuring that the wages budget, cost of goods budget, stock takes, banking and turnover are in line and balanced.
  • Cash handling including banking and maintenance of accurate sale and transaction records, reconciling same with Eftpos and cash transactions and reporting thereon as required.
  • Managing Store Cup Count
  • Ensuring the Cost of Goods are recording accurately
  • Ensuring staff time capture is accurate

Stock Control

  • Ensuring all staff follow Tank's notified recipes accurately and with proper care.
  • Ordering stock and receiving deliveries.
  • Daily and weekly stock takes as directed.
  • Maintaining presentation and appearance of shop, counter and glass fruit cabinet.

Health and Safety

  • Ensuring all health, hygiene and food safety regulations are strictly followed within the store and that all staff comply with such requirements

Other

  • Leading and developing team members.
  • Managing staffing, rosters and recruitment.
  • Maintaining food safety and health and safety compliance.
  • Stock ordering and inventory control.
  • Delivering excellent customer service.
  • Achieving sales, labour and financial targets.
  • Ensuring company policies and operational standards are consistently met.

Locations: Bay of Plenty vacancies are available in various stores in this region.

Experience/Qualification: At least 2 years of relevant work experience OR relevant level 4 qualification OR a bachelor's degree in any course is acceptable

Employment Type: Permanent Full-time

Hourly rate: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience

Hours per week: Guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week
