Our Auckland based company providing residential and commercial painting and property maintenane service. We take pride in our job and provide best services to our clients. We are looking for 3 experienced painters to join our team working on projects around Auckland. We guarantee 30-40 hours / week with wage range between $30.00 and $35.00/hour depending on your experience.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
    • Set up and organize painting equipment, including scaffolding, racks, and work areas. 
    • Protect floors, furniture, and surrounding surfaces with appropriate coverings. 
    • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, sandblasting, grinding, removing old paint and wallpaper, and filling holes and cracks. 
    • Mix and match paints to achieve the correct colors and finishes. 
    • Apply primer and paint coatings to surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment, including decorative paint finishes. 
    • Clean, maintain, and store painting tools and equipment in good working order. 
    • Monitor stock levels of paints, additives, brushes, rollers, and tarps, and report shortages to supervisors. 
    • Remove and reinstall fixtures as needed. 
    • Ensure all tasks are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations, reporting any issues to the employer.

      
Job Requirements:
    • Proven experience in a similar role for 12 months or more 
    • Familiarity with different painting techniques and materials. 
    • Skilled in using painting tools and equipment, including brushes, rollers, and spray guns. 
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. 
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the painting industry. 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
    • Good communication skills and the ability to report to supervisors effectively.
