They’re now looking for a commercially minded Business Development Manager to drive new business, open doors, and build strong, lasting client relationships.
This is a true end-to-end BDM role — from prospecting and solution design through to proposals, presentations and winning new business, with ongoing account growth once onboarded.

What you’ll be doing

Lead new business acquisition across retail and FMCG brands, delivering integrated print, POS, logistics and brand execution solutions

Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities

Translate client requirements into tailored commercial solutions

Prepare and deliver proposals, tenders and presentations

Present confidently to senior decision-makers and stakeholders

Build and manage a strong, high-quality sales pipeline

Develop and grow client relationships post-win
What we’re looking for

Experience in a new business-focused sales role
-
Background in solutions-based sales (print, packaging, POS, promo, signage or similar)

Proven track record of winning new business
-
Strong confidence presenting to senior stakeholders

Experience with proposals, tenders or formal submissions
-
Commercial thinker with a creative, problem-solving mindset
-
High energy, resilience and strong hunter mentality
