The successful candidate will provide professional beauty treatments including nail services, waxing, and eyelash services while delivering excellent customer service in a clean and professional salon environment.

Tran Nails Limited is seeking a skilled and reliable Nail Technician to join our team. The successful applicant will provide professional nail, waxing, and eyelash services while maintaining high standards of hygiene, customer care, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ensure all beauty procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain clean workstations and follow strict sterilisation, sanitisation, and cleaning procedures.
  • Perform client consultations and recommend suitable services, styles, colours, and treatments.
  • Provide manicures, pedicures, hand and foot massages, nail polish application, nail art, and nail repairs.
  • Apply acrylic, gel builder, dipping powder (SNS), and polygel nail extensions.
  • Recommend appropriate nail care products and treatments.
  • Perform full-body waxing services.
  • Provide eyelash services including tinting, lifting, perming, and extensions.
  • Carry out other reasonable duties as required by management.

Requirements

  • Must have legal working rights in New Zealand (NZ Citizens or Residents preferred).
  • Hold a relevant NZQF Level 4 qualification, or have at least two years of relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience as a Nail Technician and/or Lash Artist is preferred.
  • Available to work weekends and flexible hours during busy periods.
  • May be required to work on public holidays.
