Role Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve assigned infrastructure tickets
- Update and maintain Microsoft server operating systems
- Support upgrades to virtualisation software and related infrastructure platforms
- Complete routine infrastructure maintenance and smaller operational tasks
- Contribute to system stability, security, performance, and availability
- Document progress clearly and communicate effectively with the wider technology team
Skills and Experience:
- Proven enterprise experience in systems engineering and infrastructure maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting, prioritisation, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft shop technologies (server OS, virtualisation)
- Ability to work autonomously on ticket-based tasks in enterprise environments
- Capacity to deliver high-quality work efficiently
- Microsoft, cloud, security, or networking certifications advantageous
