About the Role:

As a Registered Electrician, you'll be responsible for completing a wide variety of electrical work, including:

·        Residential installations and renovations

·        Commercial installations and maintenance

·        Agricultural installations and maintenance

·        Fault finding and repairs

·        Switchboard upgrades

·        Lighting and power installations

·        Testing, commissioning, and compliance documentation

·        Providing excellent customer service on every job

You'll work independently as well as alongside apprentices and other electricians, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

We're looking for someone who has:

·        Current New Zealand Electrical Registration

·        Current Electrical Practising Licence (EWRB)

·        Full New Zealand Driver Licence

·        Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

·        High standard of workmanship and attention to detail

·        Excellent communication and customer service skills

·        Ability to work independently and manage your workload

·        A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team

Desirable:

·        Experience supervising apprentices

·        Experience using Fergus job management software (training can be provided)

·        Experience in the agricultural and/or industrial sector would be an advantage.

·        Can liaise well with customers and suppliers.

·        Be honest and trustworthy and a team player.

·        Flexibility

As we offer a 24-hour service the successful applicant would be part of a rotating callout roster
